Bowling Outing
Join us Sunday, March 22 from 2:00pm-3:30pm at Buena Lanes for a fun-filled afternoon of bowling and friendly competition. This event is free for all GLC youth and friends. Please let Lisa Sage know before March 15th if you will be joining us so we can reserve the number of lanes that we will need.

Golf N' Stuff Outing

Saturday May 23 @ 2:00pm-4:00pm


Come join us for an afternoon of mini golf and more. No cost for golfing, some rides and arcade games for the youth and their friends. Additional rides, arcade games, and snacks will be extra, so you might want to bring along some money.

Sunday School news

This past month has been very busy for the members of our younger students in our

elementary Sunday School class. We have been learning about Joseph's many troubles and how God turned his problems into something good for his people. Similarly in out own lives, we need to trust that God has a plan for good in our lives even when things are not going our way. As we get closer to Easter, we will then revisit this idea of the sadness of Jesus' death on the cross and how God turned that sad day into the wonderful goodness of the Resurrection.


The Junior and Senior High students in Mr.Sage's class recently finished the Book of Daniel and are moving into a study of Jesus' parables. Since there are over 30 parables in the Bible, this should keep them busy for quite some time. And knowing Mr.Sage he will probably also have some crazy games with sheep, coins, and who knows what else.
