Trunk or Treat

October 25th join us in the church parking lot for fun, costumes, and treats. Decorate a trunk or just come enjoy the company and candy.



Progressive Dinner

Looking ahead we are planning on another Progressive Dinner on December 20th and will again be hoping that there are 4 or 5 members who are willing to open their homes up to us and supply one part of the meal.

Youth Group"Activate" Event

We will meet at Active at the Collection(520 Town Center Dr, Oxnard,ca 93036) where we will enter the game and become the player in the worlds first active gaming facility. Jump, climb, problem-solve and laugh, as you and your friends move between challenges. Each dynamic game room has interactive technology that reacts in real time, ensuring an adrenaline filled adventure. after wards we will walk over to Menchies for a frozen yogurt treat. Sunday, November 22 at 2pm-4pm

NYG 2028 

Please remember that the next National Youth Gathering is just 2 summers away, and we are hoping to send about 5 youth and 1 adult with Trinity Simi Valley Church to San Antonio. Please consider starting now to put in an extra offering each month earmarked “NYG.” I am guessing that we will need to raise approximately $8,000 between now and 2028 to help support our youth attending. 


Sunday School news

It has been a warm start to the school year and we are all looking forward to the cooler months of fall and winter.  The younger students are continuing with their study of the Old Testament Books of the Bible and have picked up where we left off in May with Joshua and God’s people entering the Promised Land.  The older students are starting a new study in Apologetics on how to defend the faith.  The world we live in is so crazy every lesson we can give our youngest church members to strengthen their faith and the tools to explain it to others is essential.   If you haven’t been at Sunday School in a while, we would love to have you join us.
